By using the Official KEEN Site - Consciously Created Footwear for a Better Planet KEEN Footwear website and placing an order, you agree to abide by these Terms of Service. Each order you place constitutes an offer to purchase products from KEEN Footwear. We accept your offer when we send you a confirmation email.

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

KEEN Footwear reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Item being out of stock
  • Pricing errors
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

If your order is canceled, you will receive a full refund promptly using your original payment method.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices displayed on the Official KEEN Site are in US dollars and may change without prior notice. Sales tax will be calculated and applied at checkout based on the shipping address you provide. Shipping and Delivery

KEEN Footwear ships orders within the United States and selected international markets. Delivery dates provided during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Once your package leaves KEEN Footwear’s facility, the responsibility for timely delivery shifts to the carrier.

Product Warranty

All KEEN footwear purchased in North America comes with a warranty against manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Damage caused by misuse
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
